The Bonnet family has several plots of wine-growing land, spread between Orange and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Vineyards with, to this day, widely spaced old vines with in between large white boulders, so-called “galets roulés”.
La Bastide Saint Dominique matures both the base white and the base red Châteauneuf-du-Pape on cuves Inox (stainless steel barrels).
As a result, the wines are influenced by the taste and accent on the fruit and the minerality.
